Currently, he is the Head of Member and Consumer Engagement and focuses on social media, mobile solutions and social gaming.  In the area of social media, he has led the development of a multi-year roadmap for the company and is leading a hub and spoke governance model that allows Aetna to identify, evaluate and implement various social and community-related initiatives.
