Thanks for the comment and I'm glad you liked the Petit Prince quote. He'll probably make another appearance in the future... As for how to get employees to act like ambassadors, I'll write a more detailed post on that soon, but in the interim you might like this post that explains a bit about what motivates employees to act like ambassadors.
