Very true James. Combining the tactics is even better. I have a few clients that we have created an offer for and then promoted it (as a post) and advertised it traditionally and sponsored. Great response and the CPM is usually pretty low.

Totally agree. You won't find a bigger proponent of Facebook advertising (when it makes sense) around. Significant organic page growth is tough to come by these days with so much competition out there. Advertise, advertise, advertise!
