That's a great point! Measurement needs to always be in order, especially on the tactical level. That measurement is definitely a key part of accomplishing your goals. You make another great point about establishing what success looks like with the client BEFORE moving forward. That definitely falls under the "goal setting" section.

Thank you for the comment! You bring up a good point as well – that being that Facebook is rather clunky with its approach to connecting users. Now that users have other, fast networks it is hard for Facebook to dominate as they once did a few years ago. With massive connection networks like Twitter and traffic driver social networks like Pinterest Facebook is not the head of the social media household anymore. Will it go away? Probably not due to its major backbone of advertising.

Thank you for providing that example! You bring up a good point on why a follower should follow a business. I love the direct connection we have to brands these days (Twitter helping with this greatly); it allows us to see that they care about what we, as customers, have to say. And I'd even go to the length of saying the customer's voice shapes brand's marketing plans. Would love to get your thoughts on that idea :)
