Zuckerberg and crew needs to change their policies / protocols on how they treat "abuse" reports - especially around areas of political dissent.In many areas of the world where free speech is trampled by governments, common people (often youth) use the internet as their only megaphone.
By doing nothing to protect opposing voices, Facebook will take part in extinguishing them.

In my somewhat limited experience, these rules of engagement have to give employee a sense that they are trusted and respected. I've seen too many situations where a social media policy (mainly written by the legal council) mutes the voices of potential evangelists.
