Thanks for commenting. The issue with Facebook is one we've seen with Aol and MySpace, which is they let the popularity go to their heads and then abuse the very people they need to rely on. It's not smart of them, but it's also typical of such business ventures, where they start focusing less on customer service and more on the bottom line.
