On Social Engagement Done Right: Getty Museum's New Initiative

Great piece.  The new competitive playing field for business strategy is the experience of engaging with any company, whether an employee, customer, partner or investor through this technology.  Once of the first pieces I've seen that nails it.  Well done, love the Getty as well—JPG still innovating after all these years.
