On Six Steps to Creating Shareable Content

Hi Hailley,

Thanks for your comment and kind words. I appreciate it!

Definitely can't micro manage the creatives. Ultimately, inserting yourself to deep into the creative process reduces their creativity.

Thanks again for reading. Feel free to join me on LinkedIn or Twitter as well.

On Is SEO Dead in 2014?

Hi Tanvi,

Great questions! There are different schools of thought on this but there are a couple things to remember when considering your link building strategy. One, a good link profile to Google will include both followed and nofollow links from many different sources. They won't all have the same anchor text and some should not have anchor text at all. Having a link profile that is too heavily weighted one direction doesn't apprear organic and therefore could negatively affect your authority with search engines. Two, of course you would prefer links from sites that are related to your area of expertise and even organically that should be the case, but having a few links on other sites does round out your link profile. Just be sure that they are not the types of sites that are frowned upon by search engines. :)

Thanks for reading and a great comment. I appreciate it!

On Need Social Leads? Try Twitter Cards

Hi Wahiba,

I've received a few similar comments from readers in Australia and Belgium that don't have access to twitter cards either. I've looked around the twitter developer area and haven't found anything that jumps out to me regarding countries where this service is available. I'll continue to look and let you all know if I'm able to find anything.

Thanks for reading and great meeting you. Have a great weekend!

On Need Social Leads? Try Twitter Cards

Hi Pieter,

That definitely made me laugh. Maybe we need to start a twitter hashtag campaign for them to expand twitter cards globally. #globaltwittercards or something more fun.

I'm sure Belgium isn't that bad. I haven't had the pleasure of visiting but I'm sure there's some great beer. :)

I hope you're enjoying your weekend!

On Need Social Leads? Try Twitter Cards

I'm sorry, Mark. That stinks!

Don't get too upset though. You do get to live in Australia. :)

Hopefully my next article actually works for everyone. My fingers are crossed.

On Need Social Leads? Try Twitter Cards

Accidently posted this as a comment instead of a reply first. Here you go. :)

Hi Mark,

On your twitter profile go to your settings dropdown menu and click on Twitter Ads. This will take you to your ads management page. In the top nav of that page click on the Creatives dropdown and click on Cards.

I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Thanks!
