Influence is reciprocal. To influence better, be influenced better. Yet I rarely come across an influencer marketing initiative that ranks being influenced systematically as a strategic objective of equal import as exerting influence.
That's a real shame. And I emphasise 'systematically', because often times any inbound influence was serendipitous rather than planned.
