On Social Media Monitoring, Online Reputation, and Scores... But, What About Content?

Dear Erin,

The best part about your comment is the humility in it, and the modesty in your approach. (True experts don't have all the answers, and they will be upfront about that lack of knowledge.)

Thanks for commenting, I would like to learn more from you, as I am just a Newbie in Social Media!

Thanks a lot for replying!

You have given a lot of insightful answers to my questions!

I agree that the best response to my post has bee by Erin Feldman above with this: if I don't know the answer- I'll find it out, and the best answer you can ever give is I don't know!

On Social Media Monitoring, Online Reputation, and Scores... But, What About Content?

Dear Anonymous User,

Thanks for your comment!

I agree that as a brand, listening is very important, and pushing content just for the sake of achieveing a score is not correct!

On Social Media/Networks: a Search for Basic Info

Barrett, Thanks a lot for commenting! I have tried to access HubSpot, and am willing to go through the information provided there. Secondly, I have started interacting online, especially on Twitter, and LinkedIn, to gain more insights on the correct approach to SMM. Thirdly, I am swimming on my own, but I have asked Individuals like @marketingwizdom @dagh and others a lot of questions already, and will continue to find more such influential people. I appreciate your suggestions, and would implement them asap. Cheers, Toshal
