For those of us refugees from the pre-1.0 world, nothing quite says prestigious content and the right connections like The Conference Board, which has established in 1916 in a world that had been rocked by the Shirtwaist Factory fire and the bombing of the Los Angeles Times plant.  Now rocked by the upheaval in media, The Conference Board is responding by bringing its membership cutting-edge but substantive, practice-based insight about social networking, marketing and new technologies for communications.  We've been honored to partner with The Conference Board since late last year, and have been impressed with the speakers that they have brought into their venues, including our friends from Beeline Labs, Francois Gossieaux and Lois Kelly, and other very smart people at The Hartford, IBM, Deloitte, and other companies on the front lines of bringing about new methods and business models.
