The difference between SEO, SEM, and Sales
Three guys are sitting in a bar. A beautiful woman walks in and all three decide they are going to ask her out.
Guy number one says “with my SEO back ground I am going to change my socks, change my shirt, and put on a new tie; then she will notice me”
The second guy says “with my SEM background I am going to go around the bar and ask all the other women to tell her what a great person I am and then she will go out with me”
The last guy who works sales got up, walked across the bar, and asked her for her number.
Six months later…… The same three guys are sitting in the same bar.
A group of women are sitting at the next table and say.
“I remember the first guy, he always looks so nice and put together. Let’s go talk to him.”
“I remember the second guy; the gals at the other table keep mentioning his name. Let’s go talk to him.”
“Who is the third guy?”
