We all know Google and whether you love it or hate it, your online business sooner or later will depend on it. And when you do use it to some extent in your online marketing activities, knowing the ins and outs of Google is a given. Today, we're looking at how Google made and spent its money over the past couple of years which may explain some of its past decisions or provide an insight into future plans.
With tens of products available to the end user, 96% of Google’s revenue came from its advertising programs in 2011, with more than $26 billion from the Google-owned websites and $10 billion from websites in their content network.
