I manage communications for Learning@Cisco.
I’m the author of SocialCorp: Social Media Goes Corporate, which Computerworld http://shar.es/aRdor called one of “five essential social media books,” for 2009.
I own Socialized, a consultancy that provides social media strategy, implementation and measurement for progressive companies and non-profit organizations.
Previously, I was EVP of Emerging Media at Eastwick Communications, and before that I did corporate communications, speechwriting, marketing and PR for Sun Microsystems and Hewlett-Packard.
