I had been working in marketing for a number of years and I always loved my job. I had a privilege of working with PG and HP on many different projects and learned a lot from them. My job duties in marketing included different tasks such as product/brand development, marketing research, marketing management and consulting/training. However, since social media has come into scene I realized that I need to return to school. Currently, I am a graduate student at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Being a student I have a privilege of not being fully absorbed with work and to be an objective observer to everything that happens in social media world. Also my student status gives access to the academic world which has sometimes a different opinion from business.
