I really like this, but I think it leaves out a lot of departments that could benefit from social mendia engagement. For example, the products team can easily use social media to gather product feedback and new ideas. Services organizations can use social tools to collaborate with SMEs and clients.

It's odd to me that the department with the most in depth customer interactions and engagements is mentioned (if at all) in social media trends and circles. Social media is about the people, while technology and marketing seem to get the mentions.
The support tidal wave is coming, I'd advise to jump on.
