A key market on LinkedIn is technology professionals - LinkedIn's data shows that more than 30% of the platform's active audience work in tech and IT-related fields. In addition to this, 18 million of their users regularly engage with the LinkedIn Tech content feed on LinkedIn Pulse.
As such, the platform regularly goes to effort to highlight new ways for marketers to reach those in the IT and engineering fields on the network - which they should, given the numbers. If you're looking to reach this market sector, LinkedIn is where you need to be present.
In line with this, LinkedIn has released a new infographic to accompany their "Tapping into the Minds of Tech Professionals" guide which they released last month. The graphic is actually the second one in a series which examines the detail of not only how tech professional engage on LinkedIn, but what they engage with, giving marketers more details on how to reach these users.
