Even if you have a team to do it for you, this tool will help. It will increase their productivity! Shareaholic is a browser add-on that allows you to share content with a few clicks. There is still some copy and paste involved, but if you plan well, one copy with multiple pastes is fairly efficient.
The first thing that you need to do is download the appropriate add-on for your browser. Shareaholic is available for Firefox, Internet Explorer 8, Google Chrome, Safari, Opera, Flock, and Songbird. (Click the browser name to go to the site.)
Once it is installed, click the icon (next to the arrow in the screen shot) to go to "More Options":
Choose the sites where you want to share your content:
Once you've transferred your selections, click save. The window will close. Reopen it and click on "Look and Feel" to configure your personal choices.
When finished with your selections, click save. Reopen the window and click on "Advanced". If you have an API key with Bit.ly, enter it here.
You are all set up and ready to share. If you open tabs with all of your sharing sites before you start processing, one copy can be posted multiple times. It'll save time. Start with a fresh browser and open your post in the window. Click the Shareaholic icon followed by the first site in the dropdown box. It will open in a new tab. Go back to the tab with your content and repeat the process until your sites are open. Update the information as needed and post. That's all there is to it. Quick and easy!
