FounderOriginally from Massachusetts, U.S. Began my theoretical learning with a degree in English Literature, and continued it with a master's degree in communication. Continued with 10+ years of theory-in-use learning with Ziff-Davis Interactive in 1994, and continued it through the rest of the Dot-Com boom and bust years. Most recently, i've married theory and practice as i pursue a PhD in Informatics/Human-Computer Interaction at Indiana University Bloomington, while starting up SociaLens, a research and advisory firm that empowers organizations to fully understand and use social media.
