Mike Orshan
Bio:
After 25 years in sales and marketing, Mr. Orshan was appointed by Governor Richardson of New Mexico as head of Science and Technology for the state. In that role Mr. Orshan grew nanotechnology, biotechnology, renewable energy and digital media clusters in the state that receives $8B worth of federal funding each year. Previous to this, Mr. Orshan was head of sales and marketing for two software development companies focused on the telecommunications industry. This included selling the team that created the first broadband device sold by Fujitsu. Mr. Orshan brought one company to Inc. Magazine
