Taylor is the social media director at re:group, where she develops social media strategies for both B2B and B2C clients. Her duties vary from client to client, but she can usually be found doing anything from conducting a competitive audit, putting together a social media policy, monitoring brand and competitive keywords, developing content, managing online communities to analyzing performance analytics. In her free time, she loves nothing more than to hang out with her three wonderful cats, but constantly works to keep the crazy cat lady status at bay.

Taylor has agency experience in public relations, marketing and social media. She graduated from the University of Michigan in 2008 with a BA in Communication Studies.
