X announced new unified subscription packages, which will include all of its X platform and xSI offerings.
The new packages will include all of the current X Premium features, along with different tiers of access to the platform’s artificial intelligence services, at varying price points.

As explained by X: “Code with AI in @Cursor_ai, get work done with @Bot, chat and create with @Grok, and benefit from all @X Premium features.”
X is offering five versions of its integrated plan, ranging from a free plan that includes limited chat and agent requests to its most expensive “Ultra” package, which offers significantly expanded AI access, and costs $200 per month.

X said each X Subscription plan provides more usage-per-dollar than the comparable plans they replace.
That should offer more capacity to undertake AI requests, while also providing direct access to X Premium features.
To clarify, the references to xSI relate to xAI’s updated branding, in response to U.S. President Donald Trump’s recent declaration that artificial intelligence should now be called “super intelligence” instead.
Accordingly, SpaceXAI, the already complicated moniker for the integrated SpaceX/xAI/X business entity, is now called SpaceXSI instead.
SpaceXSI acquired AI code-building app Cursor in August.
The new unified X subscription packages will be rolled out gradually to each region, beginning with the U.S.
Current subscribers will be able to keep their plan or switch to the new offering and link their Grok, Cursor and X accounts.
